Security and fire protection systems maintenance

A security system only protects if it works. We maintain your fire protection, video surveillance, intruder alarm and access control installations with an in-house CMMS, and you see everything from your customer portal.

Security system maintenance

Installations inspected, documented and in plain view

Thanks to our technical expertise and our R&D&I Division, we do not just design and install security systems: we also maintain them and make sure installations comply with current regulations.

And because we are also a software company, we manage maintenance with a CMMS we developed ourselves: every request, inspection and job report is recorded, and you can check it in real time from your customer portal.

Services

Preventive and corrective maintenance

Two sides of the same service, managed in the same tool.

Preventive

Scheduled periodic inspections to check that the system works and anticipate faults.

  • Inspection schedule generated from the contract.
  • Item-by-item checklist according to the installation type.
  • Anomalies detected become corrective requests.
  • Inspection report and certificate on completion.

Corrective

The repair when something fails: we diagnose the problem and manage its resolution.

  • Requests through the customer portal, by phone or by email.
  • Normal or urgent priority, with immediate alerts for urgent requests.
  • Request status updated when each job report is closed.
  • Response and resolution times recorded.

In-house CMMS

A CMMS that automates our technicians' work

Our computerised maintenance management system (CMMS) brings together in a single database the inventory, requests, inspections, job reports, materials and regulatory documentation for your installations.

When the technician closes their job report on the phone, the status of the request or inspection is updated, and the report is ready to be reviewed and sent without retyping the data.

Prioritised requests Normal or urgent, with their status cycle and a history of who changed what and when.

Logged times Response and resolution time for each request, in working hours.

Inspection templates Checklists by installation type and item family, with standardised anomalies.

Schedule from the contract Inspections for the whole period are generated automatically, with no duplicates.

Technician app Job reports, preventive checklist, materials, photos and the client's signature on the phone.

Geolocation Each action on the job report (start, pause, signature, closure) is placed on the map.

Tamper-evident reports PDF with a SHA-256 hash that makes it possible to verify that the document has not been altered.

Reports and certificates Generated when inspections are completed and sent by email.

Customer portal

All your maintenance, visible from your customer portal

Each client has access to their own portal, with user accounts for their staff and two-factor authentication available. From it you can:

  • Log requests and follow their status, priority and jobs
  • View the work order reports for each visit
  • See the preventive maintenance schedule and the inspections carried out
  • View the inventory and systems at each installation
  • Locate your installations on the map
  • Download the documents for each installation

You also receive the job reports for each visit by email and, if you enable it, every change in the status of your requests.

Methodology

A maintenance plan for each installation

  1. Inventory

We enter the installation's systems and equipment into the CMMS with their documentation.

  2. Plan

Inspection schedule generated from the contract, in line with the regulations for each system.

  3. Inspection

The technician follows the checklist on the phone and records the result item by item.

  4. Documentation

Signed job report, inspection report and certificate, sent by email and available in your customer portal.

  5. Corrective

Anomalies and faults become requests with priority and tracking.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about maintenance

What is the difference between preventive and corrective maintenance?

Preventive maintenance consists of scheduled periodic inspections to check that the system works and anticipate faults. Corrective maintenance is the repair when something fails: we diagnose the problem and manage the repair.

Is maintenance of fire protection systems mandatory?

Yes. The Spanish Fire Protection Installations Regulation (RD 513/2017) sets minimum maintenance programmes with operations every three and six months, every year and every five years. We explain it in detail in fire protection.

How do I report a fault?

You can log the request yourself from your customer portal, or report it by phone or email. Urgent requests are instantly notified to the designated members of our team by email and Telegram, and at weekends also by SMS.

What do I receive after each visit?

The work order report as a PDF, with a description of the work done, materials, photos and your staff member's signature, which is emailed to you and stored in your customer portal. When preventive inspections are completed, the inspection report and certificate are also issued.

Can I find out how long you take to respond to requests?

Yes. The CMMS records the response time and resolution time for each request, and in your customer portal you can follow the status and jobs for each one.

Do you maintain installations you did not install yourselves?

Yes. We start with an inspection of the installation's condition and documentation, enter its inventory into the CMMS and from there propose a maintenance plan and, if needed, the necessary improvements.

Do you need your security systems maintained?

We inspect your installation, enter it into our CMMS and propose a maintenance plan in line with the regulations.
