Security · Intruder alarms
Systems that detect someone's presence in an unauthorised place and trigger the alarm at exactly the right moment. We design them with the security grade that matches your risk, install them and maintain them.
Intrusion detection
Intruder alarm systems are constantly evolving and becoming ever more sophisticated. But in designing them we never lose sight of the essentials: they must be easy to understand, operate and check for everyone who uses them every day.
We advise you on how your system should be designed: we study your case and work out which type of solution best suits the place you want to protect. When an intrusion is detected, an alert is triggered and the response procedures we define according to your needs are set in motion.
Systems
We combine indoor and perimeter detection, deterrence and alerting according to the place to be protected.
Receives signals from the detectors, manages the zones and triggers the alarm.
Detects presence or opening in protected spaces.
Protects the outside before the intruder reaches the building.
Fills the space with fog in seconds, preventing the intruder from seeing what they want to take.
The alert is triggered according to the response procedures we define with you.
Cameras in the area make it possible to check what triggered the alarm.
Regulations
Order INT/316/2011 of 1 February, on the operation of alarm systems in the field of private security, classifies systems into four grades according to risk and requires equipment to comply with the applicable UNE-EN standards, including the UNE-EN 50131 series for intrusion alarm systems.
Grade 1
Low risk
Systems with audible signalling that are not connected to an alarm receiving centre or a control centre.
Grade 2
Low to medium risk
Homes and small premises, shops and industrial units intending to connect to an alarm receiving centre or a control centre.
Grade 3
Medium to high risk
Establishments required to have security measures and other installations that must be connected to an alarm receiving centre or a control centre.
Grade 4
High risk
Critical infrastructure, military installations, explosives stores and cash, valuables or precious metals depository companies, among others.
Indicative summary: each grade is defined by the text of Order INT/316/2011.
Each piece of equipment must have the system's grade and the environmental class of the place where it is installed. Installing and maintaining systems connected to an alarm receiving centre are activities reserved for authorised security companies (Law 5/2014 on Private Security).
Methodology
We study the site, its access points, its hours of use and what needs protecting.
We set the security grade, zones, detectors and alert mechanisms.
Installation, control panel programming and testing of each detector.
We show each user how to arm, disarm and check the system.
Certified preventive inspections and priority corrective maintenance.
Integrated security
A single team designs, installs and maintains all the building's systems.
The cameras in the area confirm what triggered the alarm before any action is taken.
The access control log shows who was authorised to enter and when.
Inspections of the alarm and the fire protection in a single schedule.
CMMS and customer portal
Our in-house CMMS generates your system's inspection schedule, guides the technician with an item-by-item checklist and issues the inspection certificate. From your customer portal you can check everything and log a request whenever you need to.
Sectors
Administrative offices, libraries, sports facilities and municipal facilities.
Schools, secondary schools and university buildings that stand empty outside teaching hours.
Large sites with an outer perimeter, machinery and warehouses.
High-value goods and loading areas that call for detection and fog.
Premises and offices that need an alarm that is easy to use every day.
Isolated huts, tanks and telecommunications centres.

Frequently asked questions
It is determined by the risk of the site and whether the system will be connected to an alarm receiving centre. Order INT/316/2011 defines four grades, from 1 (low risk, not connected) to 4 (high risk, such as critical infrastructure). We study your case and tell you which grade applies.
Standard UNE-EN 50131-1 classifies equipment according to the environment in which it will operate, from Class I (indoor) to Class IV (outdoor general). An outdoor detector must have the appropriate environmental class, in addition to the system's security grade.
Yes. Installing and maintaining systems connected to an alarm receiving centre are private security activities reserved for authorised security companies (Law 5/2014 on Private Security). We leave the system ready for connection with the security grade required by the regulations.
No, it complements them. Intruder alarm systems play a key role in deterrence and alerting, and work best alongside physical measures such as bars, security glazing or locks.
Yes. We design security as a whole: intrusion detection can be combined with video surveillance to verify alarms and with access control to know who was authorised.
With scheduled preventive inspections of the control panel, detectors, batteries and communications, and repairs when something fails. At the end of each inspection we issue its certificate and everything is visible in your customer portal. More information in security systems maintenance.
We analyse the risk, tell you the right security grade and design, install and maintain the system.
